Cross-Server Blacklist Bot — last updated 2026-07-31
The Bot stores the following data in a database in order to function:

We do not read, store, or process message content, and the Bot does not use cookies or browser tracking (it is a Discord bot, not a website you log into).
Data is used exclusively to operate the blacklist feature: determining who is banned, banning/unbanning across every server the Bot is a member of, and displaying blacklist entries to authorized moderators within Discord via slash commands.
Blacklist entries (user ID, reason, who added it, when) are visible to server
Administrators and moderators granted access via
/blacklist-config set-mod-role in any server where the Bot is
present, since the blacklist is shared/global across all such servers.
A blacklist entry is kept until a moderator removes it with
/blacklist remove, at which point it is deleted from the
database and the user is unbanned in every server the Bot is a member of.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Data is stored in a database operated by the Bot's operator(s) and is not passed to any external service other than Discord's own API (required to perform bans/unbans).
Server moderators can remove any blacklist entry themselves at any time via
/blacklist remove. For any other data deletion request, contact
us using the details below.
We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
